Rented as a villa, Casa Mirador sets the perfect backdrop for your family gathering, wedding, birthday party, or group vacation! With 6 bedrooms in 5 private suites, each with ocean view, bath and kitchenette, Casa Mirador can comfortably sleep 12 adults, with additional sleeping space for children if needed.

Our Villa rates include lodging for up to 10 people, all applicable taxes, a 15% discount on all spa services, site rental for any special events, and a welcome party (complete with beer, margaritas, and traditional Mexican appetizers) on the night of arrival. Villa Rental Rates:

Summer (July-October): 3 nights minimum

3 AC units only: $275/night All units: $415/night

Fall (Nov-Mid Dec): $655/night 3 nights minimum

Winter (Mid Dec-Mid April): $865/night 7 nights minimum

Spring (Mid April-June): $655/night 3 nights minimum

Villa Rental Policies:

Villa rates are standard for groups of 1-10 people. Each additional person is $25/night.

• Children under 2 are not charged provided you supply their bedding.
• Villa rental of 3 AC units only is only available during the summer months.
• A $30/person security deposit is required for all Villa Rentals, and is due with final payment. Security deposits are refundable within 30 days of original departure date, pending inspection.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. All lodging costs and security deposits are due 90 days prior to arrival.
• A cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit for all reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled within 90 days of arrival is non-refundable, less security deposits.
• Full rental polices will be emailed to you with your confirmation. Policies must be printed, signed, dated, and returned to Casa Mirador Reservations in order to finalize your reservation.
• Gratuity, added at $3/bedroom/night is added at time of reservation.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
